As the current CEO of Worksite Benefits, Inc., Jeff formed this agency in 2003 to be immediately positioned with key brokers and industry partners, promoting the delivery of complete benefit solutions coupled with the most advanced enrollment/communication techniques. As part of his agency development, he established association divisions within CDAoA, targeting among others, the transportation industry. Some of the insurance programs established for these divisions have been innovative, and so far unparalleled in the marketplace. |
Jeff’s unique access to creative and proven resources for both insurance and discount product deliverables made him the ideal candidate to assume the position of President of CDAoA. He has 31 years in the insurance industry, 10 years as an insurance company officer, and 13 years on the Advisory Board of the Benefit Marketing Association(BMA)where he served as president in 2007 and 2008. Jeff was the President/CEO of Benefits Financial Corp., the largest producing agency for Allstate Workplace Division, at the time of service. Jeff served as Vice President of Allstate Workplace Division (previously American Heritage Life), managing marketing operations for one quarter of the US market. He became a licensed insurance agent in 1977 and is now licensed in 48 states. Jeff received his LUTCF in 1993 and was named to the International Who's Who of Business in 1999.
